Costco shoppers can add something new to their carts: the blockbuster obesity drug Wegovy, available at Costco pharmacies or online for around $500 a month.

With insurance, the drug’s copay is often less expensive, but the discount program is similar to what the drug’s maker, Novo Nordisk, already offers on its website — a fraction of Wegovy’s sticker price of around $1,400 a month.
