Shelby Edge from North Carolina is battling a chronic condition that makes eating uncomfortable and almost impossible. Her symptoms include constantly feeling like she is choking and feeling like something is in her throat 24/7. Her condition gets so bad that she has a hard time eating and has food-related anxiety. At 21, she was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis, a chronic immune system disease. She shares her story with Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall.
