Neighbors in suburban Woodbridge, Virginia, where pipe bomb suspect Brian Cole Jr lived with his parents tell of a long history of eccentric behavior. A friend says Cole was bullied in high school. There is speculation the 30-year-old suspect is on the autism spectrum. The FBI says data from Cole’s phone usage matched the movements of the pipe bomber the night of January 5, 2020. Cole appeared in federal court for the first time Friday.
