An American citizen was chased by ICE agents who thought she was in the country illegally. Jacelynn Guzman says she was born in the United States. ICE says Guzman matched a description of a woman they were looking for. US citizens being caught in sweeps as ICE against look for undocumented migrants has become a scene happening across America. The Department of Homeland Security has not released figures on how many citizens have been detained, but published reports say 170 have been held.
