Around forty farmers continue to block the A64 motorway at Carbonne, southwestern France, with tractors, bales of hay and a few Christmas trees to protest against the culling of herds affected by lumpy skin disease. Agriculture Minister Annie Genevard has announced that she will travel to the south-west to attend "the start of the vaccination programme".
