The victim of a pepper-spray road rage incident in Surrey that was caught on video says police told him the investigation was closed because they were unable to identify the person driving the truck with enough certainty to refer the case for charges. When Global News asked for an update, Surrey Police said the investigation had been reopened.

Sonny Bihari, the driver that was assaulted, insists police must do more: “He committed a crime, and I want him to be punished for it.”
