Former Canadian ambassador to the UN Bob Rae says Canada has ‘absolutely no room for complacency’ in its response to U.S. intervention in Venezuela, and says he thinks Russia and China are privately celebrating that it will weaken the U.S. case against their own aggression. Rae also says U.S. claims of ownership over the Western Hemisphere don’t make sense: ‘This emperor has no clothes.’
