Speaking with Global News reporter Jackson Proskow on Thursday, Minnesota civil rights attorney Andrew Noel reacted to the deadly shooting of a Minneapolis woman by an Immigration, Customs, and Enforcement (ICE) agent the previous day.

Proskow asked Noel if he felt, based on the currently existing evidence and video circulating online and in the news, if he felt the standard for the use of deadly force was met. Noel also offers his advice to any U.S. citizen who finds themselves in a similar situation with U.S. federal law enforcement officers.
