Trump announces ‘surprising’ tariffs on eight EU countries amid Greenland takeover push

President Trump announced 10% tariffs on Denmark and seven other European nations, including the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, set to take effect Feb. 1.
In a Truth Social post, Trump said the tariffs will remain in place ‘until such time as a deal is reached for the complete and total purchase’ of Greenland, which he says is critical to U.S. defense. Jake Traylor has the latest.
