A woman abandoned a dog at a stranger’s house. Dason Garner says she saw the video of the dog on a Facebook posting. Garner, a veterinarian assistant, says she drove to the neighborhood and found the poodle mix. Garner says the animal control office asked her to hand over the dog but she was afraid the dog would meet a grim fate. To her surprise, Garner was later criminally charged with failure to surrender the dog.
