Workers load humanitarian aid onto a vessel docked at the port of Veracruz, Mexico, and bound for Cuba. President Claudia Sheinbaum said the country will mainly send food supplies to the island, while continuing to negotiate with Washington over the possibility of circumventing a US oil blockade causing a severe energy crisis.
