On Saturday, Kyiv residents voiced skepticism over the ongoing diplomatic talks amid large-scale Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Moscow launched over 400 drones and about 40 missiles overnight.

The second round of peace talks in Abu Dhabi concluded Thursday, resulting in an exchange of 314 prisoners of war; 157 from each side. Yet major issues remain unresolved including security guarantees for Ukraine, and Russian demands for land in the Donetsk region.

On Feb. 24th, it will have been four years since the war began.
