Stephen Harper’s archives dispel widely-held myth about his time as Canada’s PM

It’s been 20 years since Stephen Harper became prime minister.

On Friday, he formally inaugurated his prime ministerial archives at the Library and Archives Canada.

The records of Harper’s time in office form the single largest digital archive the institution has ever received.
