ICE is arresting drivers who follow them

From Reuters.

Becky Ringstrom was driving home after following federal immigration officers in her car in Minneapolis when she was suddenly boxed in by unmarked vehicles and arrested by masked agents.

Her arrest marked the latest detention for violating Title 18, Section 111 of the U.S. Code, a catch-all charge for anyone who “forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes” with a federal officer conducting official duties.

A Reuters review found that the Trump administration has prosecuted at least 655 people under that charge across the U.S. since his series of immigration crackdowns began last summer — more than double during the same period the year before.
