Russia says it’s ready to resume dialogue with France at the presidential level regarding ending the war in Ukraine. French President Emmanuel Macron and other EU leaders have been pushing to restart contact with the Kremlin, as the US holds talks with Moscow. A Kremlin spokesman said top-level dialogue could be established quickly, but that it hadn’t yet received an invitation from France.
