National Park Service workers attempted to close the Stonewall National Monument nearly 45 minutes before Tuesday’s planned demonstration, but pushback by activists kept the event as scheduled.
Manhattan Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal says he and other state officials, as well as community leaders, plan to re-raise the pride flag on Thursday, February 12 at 4pm ET.
