Rep. Ted Lieu accused U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi of lying under oath about President Donald Trump’s involvement with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Lieu suggested that Bondi lied under oath during a hearing of the House Judiciary Committee when she said there was “no evidence” Trump had committed any crime.

Lieu referred to a witness statement given to the FBI’s National Threat Operation Centre containing allegations of rape against Donald Trump.

Lieu called for Bondi to “immediately” interview the witness and said the attorney general should resign “right after this hearing concludes.”
