Five teens and a teacher are dead after a shooter open fired at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in northern B.C.
Local journalist Trent Ernst described district-wide lockdowns and RCMP entering the building during a livestream from the scene.
Police said the suspect died of a self-inflicted injury at the school and the suspect’s mother and stepbrother were also found dead at home.
At least two people remain in hospital with serious injuries as the RCMP investigation continues in the remote community of about 2,400.
