Draped in burnt-orange robes, two dozen Buddhist monks who arrived in Washington, D.C., the day before on their 2,300-mile "Walk for Peace", finished their final walk from Capitol Hill to the Lincoln Memorial on February 11, capping their self-described spiritual journey across nine states.
