Attorneys for Marimar Martinez, a U.S. citizen who was shot five times by a Border Patrol agent, say they are preparing to file a civil lawsuit against the federal government as the Trump administration continues to label her a domestic terrorist. Martinez’s attorney, Christopher Parente, tell MS NOW’s Lawrence O’Donnell that newly released text messages and emails from federal agents in the aftermath of the shooting show that agents were "lying" about key details of the case.
