Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych was excluded from the Olympics after refusing to give up his plan to race in a helmet commemorating athletes who have been killed since Russia invaded his country. Coventry told reporters on Friday his disqualification was justified because he insisted on bringing his messaging — the tribute helmet — onto the field of play.
