Marine Le Pen, leader of France’s National Rally party, attends the inauguration in Hénin-Beaumont (Pas-de-Calais) of an alley named after Ilan Halimi, a young French Jew tortured to death in 2006. Le Pen was joined by Mayor Steeve Briois and Arno Klarsfeld, lawyer and son of the Klarsfeld couple who fought against the impunity of former Nazis.
