Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy awarded Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych the country’s medal of freedom after he was disqualified from the Olympic skeleton competition over his "helmet of remembrance,” which depicted athletes killed since Russia’s invasion.
