Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts for Valentine’s Day with @gabbacado
Ingredients:
•3/4 cup oat flour (blend oats into flour)
•1 cup creamy peanut butter
•pinch of salt (only if your peanut butter is unsalted! If it is salted, you can skip this 😉
•8-10 pitted medjool dates (the softer and gooier the better. If they aren’t soft and gooey, I recommend boiling until soft and draining the water)
•2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped up dark chocolate bar + a spoonful of coconut oil for melting
•dash of vanilla extract
Directions:
-blend together all ingredients (minus the chocolate) in a food processor or blender
-press into heart molds and place in the freezer for 30 mins
-melt chocolate and coconut oil on the stove or in the microwave
-coat with the melted chocolate, drizzle with peanut butter, and place in the freezer for 30 mins- 1 hour.
-store in the fridge and enjoy!
