Athletes at the Milano Cortina Games seem to have embraced Valentine’s week with their trademark Olympic intensity, racing through their free supply of condoms to leave dispensers empty before the big day itself. IOC spokesperson Mark Adams said 10,000 condoms were dispersed. Skier Mialitiana Clerc said she believed athletes were "taking them to give to their friends out of the Olympics (village) because it’s a kind of gift for them."
