An officer arrived at a home to find a 2-month-old baby unable to breathe. It happened in Michigan. The Hamtramck police say a woman met the first responder at the door and handed the child over, hoping for professional help. The officer performed life-saving measures including back blows and then chest compressions. After about 30 seconds, he started hearing the child make noises.
