A motorcade arrives at the Kremlin ahead of the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US envoy Steve Witkoff. Russian state media reported that Witkoff and President Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, arrived in Moscow for talks with Vladimir Putin on a US-drafted plan to end the Ukraine war.
