Crowds of people gather after an Israeli strike on a building in the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut. Israel’s military said that it had carried out a strike on Hezbollah’s "chief of staff", adding that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had given the orders for the strike.
