BREAKING: A federal judge ruled that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth cannot censure Sen. Mark Kelly or reduce his military pension over a video reminding troops to “refuse illegal orders.”

Hegseth censured Kelly last month in an attempt to reduce his military rank and reduce his pension after the retired Navy captain reminded those actively serving to disobey illegal orders in a video with five other Democratic lawmakers.
