Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett hosted a 15-minute Christmas party in his office at the Capitol. The party drew in a large crowd and even a song from Gary Chapman. NBC News’ Melanie Zanona has more on the holiday festivities and whether or not it lasted for 15 minutes.
