Preparations are underway for another round of talks aimed at ending the war in Ukraine. Earlier this month, U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, was in Moscow. He is now scheduled to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other European leaders in Berlin.
