As arctic air blasts across the mid-Atlantic, a series of storms are dumping rain and snow. The dangerous conditions left schools in Virginia closed today as parts of the state got up to five inches of snow. Chicago has been slammed with 17 inches of snow so far and is expected to be impacted by another system that’s on the move. NBC News’ Adrienne Broaddus reports.
