Images show Syrian troops amid destruction in Aleppo’s Sheikh Maqsud neighbourhood as the Syrian army announces it has completed a "security sweep". Syria’s army said its operation in a Kurdish neighbourhood of Aleppo was nearing completion early Saturday and urged fighters from the minority to surrender themselves and their weapons.
