European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen meets Felix Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, on the sidelines of the Global Gateway Forum in Brussels. Earlier in the day, Tshisekedi urged Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame to stop supporting insurgents in the DRC, speaking at an event attended by both leaders.
