Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and other Minnesota officials held a press conference following the shooting of Alex Pretti. Frey announced that the city will file a declaration to “encourage the judge to rule on a temporary restraining order on Monday” to stop federal immigration enforcement operations.
