From Global News.
Minnesota’s governor says federal agents shot another person in Minneapolis Saturday morning. Addressing the media, Gov. Tim Walz, in strong terms, asked President Donald Trump to remove federal forces from Minnesota.
"They are showing chaos and violence," he said, adding, "Despite the horrific acts by this federal government, Minnesotans are standing up for the rule of law."
This is the second fatal shooting in the state by a federal law enforcement officer after the death of Renee Good this month.
Walz also targeted Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), saying, " the horrific cruelty, unprofessional, absolute abomination that is passing for what these ICE agents are doing on our streets," was unacceptable.
Additionally, Walz said, the "most powerful people in the federal government" were "spinning stories" and creating false narratives, adding that he did not have confidence in Trump "to do the right thing."
