Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, a Somali refugee who represents Minneapolis, tells Ali Velshi that Trump’s motivation is "to terrorize a whole community and make them feel that they are less American than everybody else." Rep. Omar says that she and other Somali Americans are “not easily intimidated or easily bullied, we know what our rights are."
