The massive winter storm has been wreaking havoc on air travel across the country forcing more than 11,000 canceled flights and thousands of delays. Amid the dangerous conditions, a small jet with eight people on board crashed on the runway shortly after takeoff at Maine’s Bangor International. Authorities have not commented on any fatalities or injuries. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
