A new video appears to show what happened before and during Saturday’s fatal shooting in Minneapolis. A federal officer shoves and sprays a man wearing a brown jacket and a black hat, and eventually, shots are fired.

DHS said in a statement that the man who was shot was armed and “violently resisted” attempts to disarm him. This video is graphic.
