Automotive giant Stellantis is moving Jeep Compass production from Brampton, Ont., to Illinois, despite receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in federal incentives in recent years. The federal government says it will serve Stellantis with a notice of default. Stellantis says it has not breached its contract and is working with the government to find solutions.
