A central pillar of the Carney government’s response to Donald Trump’s threats is to fast-track a series of major "nation-building" infrastructure megaprojects. One of which is a high-speed rail linking Toronto, Montréal and Quebec City. As Touria Izri reports, public consultation for that project is already underway.
