Russia launched deadly strikes on the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia overnight, killing at least two people. More than a dozen people were injured, including six children. Ukraine accused Moscow of targeting the country’s power supplies as the cold winter months approached, and called it "systematic energy terror"
