US envoy Steve Witkoff says Kyiv’s allies have "largely finished" agreeing security guarantees for Ukraine when Russia’s war against the country ends. Speaking in Paris, flanked by Jared Kushner, US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Witkoff adds that "we also think, critically, that we are very, very close to finishing up as robust a prosperity agreement as any country has ever seen coming out of conflicts like this."
