Lawmakers on Capitol Hill have until Friday to avert a partial government shutdown. As a result of this weekend’s deadly shooting in Minneapolis, Senate Democrats have vowed to block the six-bill package, which includes funding for ICE and Border Patrol. Democratic Sen.
