Thousands of protesters marched through Madrid, Spain, on November 25 to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. A similar protest march took place in Mexico City, Mexico, on the same day, in a country where ‘10 women per day’ has become a slogan referring to the killing of women, girls and teenagers.
