Spanish police busted a ring of criminals who it says brought hundreds of migrants irregularly to the country in order to work for little to no wages on farms. Some 300 potential victims, mostly from Nepal, were found living in poorly ventilated rooms in squalid conditions in several rural locations throughout the country. At least one Nepalese man is said to have died while being transported in an unsafe van while staying in one of the dwellings.
