From Quartz.
The Los Angeles-area exterior home used as the Banks family residence on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was listed for $29.5 million, its first sale since 1978. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air house for sale is not in Bel-Air but in Brentwood Park, about a 15-minute drive away. The listing ties the property to Will Smith’s 1990s sitcom and notes its cultural recognizability in Los Angeles. Built in 1937, the Georgian Colonial spans six bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and roughly 10,000 square feet on about 0.8 acres. Interiors seen on television were sets on the Warner Bros. lot. The property draws tour buses and is currently used for a Netflix series.
