He was known as the infamous ‘Rooftop Robber.’ Authorities say he broke into dozens of McDonalds and other fast food restaurants through the roof. Manchester would force workers to hand over cash, before locking them in the freezer. Wainscott did not know who Manchester really was until the FBI told her.
