U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration has frozen nearly US$200 million in child-care funding for Minnesota.
The White House said the move targets long-standing fraud at several daycare centres in the state. It’s a claim that has resurfaced after a conservative YouTuber uploaded a video about the alleged fraud in daycares serving the Somali community, over the holidays.
