Donald Trump suggests that Spain be expelled from the NATO military alliance over its failure to match the five percent defense spending requirement sought by the US president. "We had one laggard, it was Spain," Trump tells reporters in the Oval Office. "They have no excuse not to do this, but that’s all right. Maybe you should throw them out of NATO frankly." SOUNDBITE
